COVID-19 Update – June 1st, 2020
Asahi/America is again updating our COVID-19 operating policy to the current status. We are engaged in ongoing measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees by following appropriate guidelines as set forth by proper authorities as Massachusetts moves through its phases of reopening.
We are also committed to the needs of our customers and are actively working with our supply chain partners, in order to maintain an uninterrupted supply of materials. Our production facilities are operating as before, with slight changes to schedules and procedures and little or no impact to product availability and services at this time. We’ve also launched a new Web Portal called, “MY ASAHI” that provides live information about the status of an order, inventory stock checks, and general account activity.
Asahi/America is now allowing visitors to our facility, but only on a very limited basis, and with a pre-approved scheduled appointment (Please request a site visit through your primary point of contact). As the individual states throughout the US begin to reopen, circumstances within the US or within foreign countries may change, therefore, we will continue to provide these important updates as necessary or until they are no longer needed.
We Thank-You for Your Business,
Asahi/America

To our customers,
COVID-19 Update: Due to the rapid spread and changes in the fight against the Coronavirus, Asahi/America is again updating our current policy and operating conditions as a precautionary measure to keep our employees as safe as possible.
Asahi/America will expand our work from home campaign to include all customer service, engineering, marketing, and administrative personnel. We will however, be ceasing our manufacturing and logistics departments, effective Wednesday, April 1 through Friday, April 10 in response to suspected employee exposure. During this period, our entire facility will be sanitized. All orders, phone calls, engineering and technical support will be functioning and available as usual.
It is in the best interest of our employees and valued customers that we are taking these actions to limit the exposure and reduce any long-term operational interruptions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and we will make every effort to minimize any impact to business operations.
Thank you,
Asahi/America Management Team
